    Product feature
    1. How to choose your inner tube
Write down all visible information from the tyre sidewall (diameter and width). For example, 700 x 23 means your tyre is 700 mm in diameter and 23 mm wide. You will also find the dimensions in mm in the international ETRTO measurements. For example: 23-622 means the tyre is 23 mm wide with an inner diameter of 700 mm (approx. 700 x 23 mm)
    2. Removing an inner tube
Remove the old inner tube using B'Twin tyre levers (ref 8047839)
    3. What to check before installing your new inner tube
Check the condition of your tyre and replace it if necessary. Make sure no objects are lodged in the tyre. Check the condition of the rim strip. A rim strip that is even slightly bent can cause punctures. Check that your rim does not have any other issues that could damage your inner tube.
    4. Fitting your inner tube
Watch our video before you start. Pre-inflate the inner tube slightly to avoid pinching. Insert the valve, making sure you are using the correct valve for your rims. Put the inner tube entirely inside the tyre so that it fits inside the rim. Take care not to pinch the inner tube when fitting.
    5. Mounting the tyre
Start by mounting the tyre from the opposite side of the valve Finish at the top of the valve to avoid pinching Never use a screwdriver or tyre lever to mount the tyre or you could pinch the inner tube, puncturing it.
    6. Inflating the tyre
Inflate your tyre carefully, to the pressure recommended by the manufacturer (check the sidewall, written in PSI or in bars: 1 bar = 14.51 PSI) Regularly check that the tyre is in the right position while inflating.
    7. Tip from the pros
To avoid punctures from pinching and for best tyre performance, we recommend that you check your tyres and inflate them to the suggested pressure before every ride.

      Ronnie (United Kingdom)

Bought as spares for on longer runs, never had to use but nice to know they are there incase I get a bad flat tyre on a longer ride
    • Leaked at a join in the rubber

      R (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
Unacceptable. My new inner tube had a join in the rubber which looks rather like a repair. It leaks air slowly. This should not happen in a new tube.
Faulty. No access thread on valve neck.

      Charlie (United Kingdom)
Used for 7 to 12 months
I've had two of these tubes (700x23) tear at the join between the valve and the tube. These all happened during cycling, not pumping them up. It seems that the quality of that seal is pretty poor.

Cheap as chips, but it would seem that the quality is iffy.
Low quality - rupture at the valve
