    • Faultless for the money

This bike is a bit of a bargain.

I usually commute on a lightweight single speed but wanted something with a longer wheelbase to give more stability with a child seat.
The drive train is much better than you find in most bikes of this class and if set-up properly, needs little adjustment and shifts well. A range of panniers can be used on the rear without risking clipping with your heel.
The handle bars are adjustable for comfort and the tyres run remarkably smoothly considering they are budget.
I commute on this bike daily on a 12 mile round trip, whilst you will never win any races, it cruises effortlessly.
It would be better with a double ring up front rather than a triple but this may be personal preference.
As with all bikes, it does need to be set-up correctly and may not be the best to buy mail order. Mudguards, brakes and lights will need to be adjusted out of the box. If you go to a Decathlon store they will take care of all of this - Surrey Quays were excellent. Also as with all new bikes (escpecially cheaper ones) cables and gears will need adjusting after 100km or so because they stretch and springs become worn in. True for a £200 bike or a £2000 bike.
Good value. Extras - rack, lights etc
Twist shifters, no stand light, too many gears

I've had this bike for over a month now. Done over 100km with no problems. The lights are not that bright and go out as soon as i stop. I bought a set of lights and use the ones on the bike as a second set, more lights the better. I don't regret buying it.
Great bike for commuting and leasuire

The structure of the bike is fine, but considering some parts needed to be adjusted and fixed onto the bike. There is a generic guide but it didn't say how to attach those parts. I'm not sure if I need to do something to get the gears working, or if they're broken...

Plus the front light is snapped off. The light works, but the plastic section it is attached too is broken, presumably during delivery.
      Alright price
Broken parts, little instruction, too much hassle
