    *looks good.

*chain had gone rusty- replaced.( I was told by one member of staff that it was a poor quality bike)
    * Handle bars has started to rust- replaced.
    * Rear brake packed up 3 times- new cable fitted.
    * Grips on handle bars kept slipping off- had to fit new grips and bar ends to stop this happening.
    * every time the bike has gone back for repairs the workman ship has been very very poor.
The bike is only 18months old and kept in a dry concrete shed. Washed and oiled.
    Response of the brand
    Hello Paul,

Thank you for reviewing the Rockrider 500 24" bike.

As the chain is made from steel it will eventually rust if it hasn't been dried 100% before being stored. The handlebars are covered under the lifetime warranty so could have been exchanged by your local store free of charge though this isn't an issue I have been made aware of previously.
The grips I agree are not the best and can start to slip over time due, this can be a common issue with bike that have grip shift gears.

If you could let me know which store you have had the bike in for work to be carried out I can make them aware of the issues you've had with the service you received.
