    Hi Matthew,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with these shoes and them not attaching to the pedal as they should. This could be a few possible things that could be causing this issue. I'd suggest that you either return the product for a refund/exchange or get someone in your local store to check the shoes/pedals to see what may be causing the issue you have mentioned.

    1st pair of shoes I've had,look like new
    done 200 miles in the saddle and at least 30 walking
    absolutely can't tell
    Spent ages messing about on ebay, should have gone straight to Decathlon
