Hi, this is worthy but as I mentioned, it should be improved like giving zips rather buttons at side as well as on its top side

I bought this online recently before my planned trip to the Valley of Flowers. Being a Himalayan Monsoon trek, the poncho is an essential component of packing for this trek. Like all my other friends and co trekkers for this trek I , too went for this product, the only difference being that they bought the same from the store after careful inspection while I bought it online. Now on the very first day, while trekking in moderate rain, I got completely drenched within 1 hour of starting the trek. Although, by the end of the trek, everyone using this product got wet to a certain extent, mine was entirely different as the degree of getting wet was as same as not wearing a poncho at all. Dismayed on noticing that the water was getting in from everywhere, I went to the trek leader from Indiahikes who, after careful inspection, told me that my poncho was not waterproof. the same was repeated by the two guides from Indiahikes. Fortunately, one of my co trekkers had an extra poncho which i used and served me fine. Also, unlike the products my friends had (dried within a few hours) the particular product that I had took 4 whole days to dry. This itself proves that the poncho wasn't waterproof. Kindly arrange to replace the product as soon as possible.
