    Product feature
    1. Temperature of use:
We indicate the "comfort temperature" for all our sleeping bags, which are tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in accordance with European EN 13537 standard of 11/04/2002. The "comfort temperature" is the lower temperature limit at which the user feels comfortable overall - neither hot nor cold - while lying in a relaxed position (temperature identified by an average woman under normal conditions of use). CHOOSE YOUR SLEEPING BAG BASED ON THIS
    2. What is the comfort temperature limit?
Comfort temperature limit: minimum temperature at which the user feels generally comfortable - neither hot nor cold - while huddled up in the sleeping bag (for an average male user under normal conditions).
    3. However, you need to bear in mind the following about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not generate warmth but retains the warmth produced by the body. If you are exhausted and cold, and you get into an ice-cold, damp sleeping bag, you are likely to feel cold, however good its insulating properties are! These temperatures depend on the person's resistance to cold (body mass, fatigue, etc.), their equipment (mattress insulation from the ground, etc.) clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
    4. A few tips before you get into your sleeping bag:
Dress simply (1 layer of clothing is enough). Keep your head, hands and feet warm: hats, gloves, socks, heating pads, rubdowns, etc. A flask of hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (as long as there is no risk of it opening accidentally!). Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is converted into heat) without making any movement that could cause a draught of cold air. To avoid having to wash your sleeping bag too often, we recommend using a sleeping bag liner (ref: 8382711).
    5. Composition
Inner and outer fabric: 100% polyester. Filling: 100% polyester wadding (220 g/m²).
    6. A score for comparing products' environmental impact
The product's environmental impacts are calculated across its entire life cycle using various indicators. A general score from A to E is provided to help you easily identify the most eco-friendly products by comparing products of the same type (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.) Decathlon is committed to displaying this environmental information. I actually like this sleeping bag a lot. I am not keen sleeping zipped up, like to have space for my legs, but with this one I felt I have just enough of that comfort I need. I'm not sure if it was me only, but I felt bit cold on the night that was colder. Needed extra blanket to cover. This is why I'm marking it one star down. Otherwise it is really nice material and would be 5 star.
Material quality, feel of material, space inside
      But cold on fresh nights.
