Awesome product. Now I know how much hours, km spent.
The pro of this product is that its priced well and does as it says. However, the speedo readings update about 3 seconds late, and the rubber band included to fix the assembly snapped when i tried to fit it around my bar. It was incredibly frustrating, and they could have easily added more sizes of bands

I had this product for several years and never had any problems with it. Recorded accurately and was robust enough for general cycling. Unfortunately, after an accident, the sensor attached to the forks was lost and it does not seem possible to obtain a replacement. Perhaps somebody knows otherwise.
all cycle shop at Ambala refused to install this cyclometer being complicated features
Thank you for taking the time to give us your review. Apologies for the bad experience. Please use the link below to assemble the cyclo-computer. It is a complete do it yourself video.
Had this for a yr, since the first 3 mths was intermittent readings (can drop to 0.0kph) when I am still cycling.. then shoots back up.
I thought ok, give it some time, readjust, could be user fault, etc.
Yes lots of benefit of doubt as I generally like Deca products. :)
Today (29 Aug 2018), after comparison to my other bicycle meters (which i bought off Taobao), this cyclometer actually suffers from a short range between the unit and the receiver.
Why i said so? I tried, with fresh batteries, and realised the range is only like 20cm? Perhaps this was designed for kid's bikes where the handlebar and front wheel are much nearer.
Very disappointed indeed, should have taken it in earlier for a refund (if at all possible).
Dear Mr. Colin, I'm really sorry to hear of your bad experience with this product. We'll definitely bring this issue up with our product managers, and will do some tests in store as well. Please bring the product down to any of our stores, and we will process a full refund for you! Once again, really sorry that you had a bad experience with this item.
While cycling a passeby came in front of me and he took the support of my cycles handle bar where I had fitted the speedometer it instantly broke . Worst quality plastic
We are sorry for the experience that you had, the cycle computers are not meant to take such pressure/impact. You may use a zip tie to hold it to the handlebar, and please be careful for the next time. Hope the information was helpful. Thank you for sharing your reviews. Happy Cycling

Installed it about a week ago as per instructions on the cover. Didn't work. Thought I had made a mistake and checked installation videos on YouTube. No luck. Doest work!
Thank you for taking your valuable time to give your review. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per your explanation, I believe the distance between sensor and magnet is more than 5 MM. I request you to please recheck distance between sensor and magnet. It should be in between 2mm to 5mm. If still, bike computer is not working, please visit to the nearest decathlon store to get the product exchange done.
I liked the price and the in store comparison sheet said it showed temperature which would be pretty handy for mountain biking. It doesn't show temperature. The sensor generally needs to be lined up with the magnet EVERY ride. Even if it's just been in the garage. When it works it's decent enough. Normally pretty close to Strava. Went over the bars the other day and broke the little bit of plastic that joins the unit to the mount. Currently improvising a mount with the rubber bit that goes on the back of the mount, double sided tape and a silicon band. The whole thing really isn't robust enough for mountain biking even when I manage to stay on the bike.
