What is the BLUETENS electrostimulator for?
From your smartphone, start sessions to:
- Take care of yourself, ease pain (muscle spasms, tendinitis, arthritis, sciatica, low back pain, menstrual pain...)
- Recover through massaging. Electrotherapy reproduces 5 effects of a massage: friction, percussion, pressure, kneading, cladding.

How to use Bluetens and the app
Download the Bluetens app on your smartphone.
Connect the pads to the device.
The device is connects to your smartphone via bluetooth.
When connected, follow the app instructions:
- choose the body area from 15 choices for a targeted use.
- choose the programme - more than 100 preset programs designed by health professionals.
- choose large or small pads depending on the selected program and body area.
