How to store your kettlebell

To avoid the kettlebell from getting damp, we recommend storing it indoors in a dry place on a rubber mat (ref.: 8651539) to look after your floor.

Use a damp cloth or microfibre cloth to look after your kettlebell.

Rest for 1 minute / 1 minute 30 seconds between each set:
- Goblet squat with a kettlebell: 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions
- Swing with a kettlebell: 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions
- Dumbbell bench press on the floor: 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions
- Elastic pull: 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions
- Triceps extension with elastic band: 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions

Our trainer's advice for improving your training (2/2)

For each exercise, start with the minimum number of repetitions recommended (careful not to go too far, and leave a scope of at least 2 repetitions in relation to your maximum). Increase by one repetition per week until you reach the maximum number recommended, then think about increasing the weight used.
