Amplify your muscle work with our water ball!
Our water ball allows you to amplify your muscular work. As evidence to support this, we asked 25 people to do an elevated lunge (using just one hand) with a 3 kg medicine ball, then with a 3 kg water ball. Here are the average results obtained comparing the 2 products: our water ball leads to a 36% increase in biceps work, a 21% increase in abs work, and a 17% increase for the glutes. Impressive, isn't it?
Is your water ball getting opaque over time? That's normal!
When your water ball is new, it is transparent. You can see some fabric effects on the inside; these marks are a normal part of the manufacturing process. Then, 48 hours after filling your ball with water, it will naturally become opaque, which is also normal! Over time, marks may also appear based on the position of the water inside your ball.
