Which is the right size?

One size only for kids aged 3 to 6 years, with an elbow circumference of 15 to 19 cm and a knee circumference of 21 to 27 cm.

How do you put the kneepads and elbow pads on and take them off?

The elbow and knee pads can be put on without taking your shoes off. And so that your child can sort themselves out like the big kids and put these protectors on without your help, there's a little diagram and a different colour for identifying the right (R) and left (L).
If they get it wrong, don't worry: the protectors can be flipped and used upside down.
