The pull-up bar is a strength training accessory for doing suspension exercises to sculpt your muscles. These exercises will help you build muscles in your biceps, back, shoulders, pecs and abs. Doing pull-ups in an underhand position (palms towards you) works your biceps. An overhand position (palms away from you) will put the focus on your back.

INSTALLING the pull-bar
Mount the pull-up bar on a sturdy wall.
Wall mounting screws and wall plugs are not provided as every wall is different.They must be M10 in diameter.
Complementary products
If you aren't strong enough to do pull-ups yet, you can use our resistance bands to make it easier. They help support your weight as you build your strength.
