How to use your puncture repair spray
1. Remove the object that caused the puncture
2. Vigorously shake the can
3. Position the valve at 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock
4. Firmly screw the appropriate end to your inner tube's valve
5. Remove the safety top on the cap
6. With the spray held vertically (nozzle up), spray all contents in a single go
7. Rotate the wheel to make sure the product distributes evenly
8. Ride for a few miles and then reinflate your tyre to the right pressure
Tip from the pros
You should replace the repaired inner tube after your ride.
When used to prevent punctures, this product is effective for up to three months.

Do not smoke. Do not spray onto a naked flame or other ignition source. Do not perforate or burn, even when empty. Protect from sunshine. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C/ 122°F.
