    1. Technical details
Not all of our balls are made in the same way. The panels can be stitched in different ways: machine stitched or hand stitched for resistance to wear and better performance. A ball's grip is what lets you control it when passing and receiving.
    2. A beginners' ball
As a beginner, you'll want a fun ball that's easy to handle: get something light and grippy from the 100 or 300 range
    3. A ball for regular play
If you train or play matches regularly, you'll need a durable ball that stays inflated and is comfortable on both your hands and feet. The 500 and 700 ranges are just your thing
    4. The standards
Our size 5 balls comply with World Rugby standards for match use. Shape The ball should be oval and composed of four panels. Dimensions Longest axis: 280 to 300 millimetres Circumference (from one end to the other): 740 to 770 millimetres Small perimeter: 580 to 620 millimetres Leather or similar synthetic materials. Weight: 410 to 460 grammes. Air pressure at the start of the match: 65.71 to 68.75 kilopascals or 0.67 to 0.70 kg per cm2
    5. Choosing the right size
There are different sizes of ball: For younger children, go for a size 3 ball (lighter and easier to handle). For children over 10, go for a size 4 ball. For children over 14 and for adults, choose a size 5 ball. (The size is written on the ball).
    6. Co-design
Our balls are designed in collaboration with our technical partners Jean-Marc Doussain and Jonathan Wisniewski. They helped us improve how our balls perform for throws and kicks.

Good quality for a practice ball. Grippy and seams pretty flat and for the money a great buy. Have bought a size 3 as well for my son. Be aware that different colours denote different sizes as not totally clear on site. Very pleased.
