  • bought two both went bad after a first use

Worst product I have used in a while. Cartridge leaks uncontrollably after first use. I dissasembled the faulty items and in both cases found a shard of metal inside which had sliced the rubber sealing grommets. Imagine getting stranded somewhere with a puncture and this happens. The inflator is a piece of emergency equipment and its totally unreliable. Appaling.
    Response of the brand
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback of this CO2 inflator. I'm sorry to read that the seal is damaged and faulty. If this is the case, then please return it to us for an exchange.
I'd also like to point out that it is a single use cartridge item meaning that one 16g CO2 canister will inflate a single tyre with very little CO2 or any left. If you are inflating a larger MTB tyre, then a 20g cartridge is required.

  • Very poor items

I'm glad I wasn't in the wilderness when I tried this out! The first cartridge would not pierce and the second stuck 'open' so drained itself!
    Response of the brand
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of this CO2 inflator. Generally speaking, you will need or use up a full canister to inflate your tyre. It is also true to say that sealing the head of the valve is very hard and for this reason they are commonly an "use only once" item. The cartridge can then be recycled in your usual recycling bin at home. This is a link to a good article written by on this very subject, well worth a read:

  • Great gadget

Bought this a number of months ago and only used for first time yesterday. No messing about with a mini pump just press in against the valve and tyre is inflated to decent pressure within seconds. Nobody likes getting a puncture but this little gadget made it quicker and easier to turnaround and get back on the road.
