The weight is listed as 175g for a size L.
Actual weight is 190g for a M/S, and 200g for a size L.
This may not matter to some, but to those seeking to lighten their backpacks, correctly listed weights are essential.
I had this out recently on a 2 day hike. It rained on and off, sometimes very heavily. This is a great option if you are trying to go fast and light.
It kept me dry and was not as sweaty as you would expect, even with a backpack on. You need to carefully manage your exertion to avoid sweating as much as possible. Very light and easy to pack away. It is also an effective windbreaker.
Doesn't seem all that durable but has held up OK so far.
You get what you pay for so in this case the coat is very good. The sizing though is so big and as this is the case it's like wearing a bin liner as there is no fit to the coat! I bought the XL/2XL as I have a Quechua down coat in a 2XL but in comparison to that the NH100 is so oversized. On a positive note though for £10 it will serve the purpose teamed with leggings and wellingtons and atleast I will be able to layer up when it gets cold.
A good take anywhere jacket. Ideal for walking the dog especially at the moment, with intermittent showers, easy to put on and will get you home dry.
This rain jacket is ok for the price. It come up small. I bought a large and it just fits my skinny 14 year old. It is an over the head jacket. The jacket packs up neatly into an inbuilt pocket.
I bought this for 2 reasons, a light fishing waterproof and a sideline football watching jacket for my daughter's Sunday League games! Fits great, keeps the wind out and is well waterproof! The hood elastic grippers could be a little more tactile, they're tiny and difficult to get a grip of, if they were the same as the waist one it would be perfect!
I love this weatherproof, lightweight and robust product by Decathlon.
Great coat and a great price
Compact portable rain solution
