My scale one day jumped from 38% fat (after months) to 28% fat and now remains there. I tried smart scale and it says 36% so seems the first was more accurate. In any case I don’t trust the numbers now. Also it was auto signing in when I’d open the app but now it makes me sign in manually every time. Not a great user experience and just seems like a low quality product compared to others I’ve used.
I've had these scales for a week now, I like the style and the data on the app is very informative. However... I'm having a problem connecting the scales to the app on my phone. My phone can't find the scales on the initial search, so I have to re-sink everything every time and then the data transfers across to the phone, this is very annoying.
I also own the Decathlon BC 900 bike computer and my phone finds and connects to that every time, so this problem is very frustrating.
I’ve bought the Scale700 a few days ago. Really slick design, easy to put together and pair with my phone. The app could be better but it does the basics well.
The problem are the measure... I’m conscious that there’s room for big swings in some measure due to the body water levels but according to the scale I increased my bone weight by 1kg overnight which is not realistic.
On my Huawei P40 Pro, pairs at first, showing green tick on detecting the Scale 700. After weighing, the measured weight does not sync until time out and keeps getting error. I happen to have an iPad and syncs with iPad with no issues.

We had some issues with the synchronisation between Huawei phones and our app. We are working on an update for the app that will sort this problem out, it will be available soon. The scales are pretty decent but absolutely no time has gone into the app. It works first time and then fails to connect everyone after that. I use android, not sure if it's the same on iPhone. Everything else I have bought from decathlon has been really good but this really isn't. I will be returning them.
Thanks for your input on this product. It is a good value for us to keep working and improvement the technical aspects of the App.

Does not connect with android phone even though device is compatible. Besides, out of the blue the scale decided not to take any measure other than body weight.

We are satisfied with Scale 700. So far no issues connecting to myGeonaute app and it tracks our data ok. However as with the OnMove200 I own, it pairs with no other app properly (but my Geonaute heartrate sensor does) and GeoCoach doesn't support Polar sensors. Please, either add support for other sensors like Polar Cadence etc. or ask other apps like Wahoo/MapMy.. to support your sensors.

Sorry, couldn't recommend this at all. Simply refuses to pair with Android. Tried working with customer services but they appear not to receive my replies to their emails. Money wasted.

Unfortunately not all device are compatible with our products, to be sure that your android device are compatible with scale 700, i suggest you to download:
If, despite the compatibility, it still does not work, it means that the product is defective and you will be able to return to a store next time you're near a Decathlon or if you are based in the UK you can contact our customer service team to organise a return and exchange or refund.
Its syncing sometimes, often not, i have to start the pairing process again and again and its really anoying. Seem to now have two profiles for some reason and its never syncing now... even after a re- pair. Junk for ios..
Oh and by the way - no chance to sync to apple health.. closed system!
There are some known issues of connectivity with the Geonaute 700 Scale. We are constantly updating the applications to resolve these issues. Normally it's with some Android phones rather than iOS but I have seen other people with problems when there are multiple users registered.
I propose you contact support.geonaute.com with the problem and they are far better placed to resolve the issue for you. If you could copy me in to the message so I can follow the resolution I would appreciate it.
You are also welcome to return the product for an exchange or refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the scale.
I will check with the product manager if there is any plan to include connectivity with the Health app, but I believe the priority at the moment is the connectivity issue.
