THE GUARANTEE

In the rare occasion, if you have a product with a manufacturing defect, don't worry. All DECATHLON passion brand products come with a minimum guarantee of 2 years.

ONLINE PURCHASE

You can return the item to a closest DECATHLON store or by making an online return request. To get a return number, indicating the reason for the defect, you should visit the section “My account” => “Track my orders”. Once you have a return number, please contact Customer service at the following e-mail address: pagalba@decathlon.com.  Customer service will arrange the pick-up of items to be returned and it will be free of charge for the customer. However, you are kindly asked to pack the product carefully and enclose the return number(s) printed from the Website.

After DECATHLON.LT receives and checks the product, it shall be repaired or replaced as standard. If the product under warranty cannot be repaired or replaced, the money paid for it shall be refunded. In any case, we will offer you the most suitable solution.

Only products with a return number shall be accepted. Otherwise, the return shall be considered inappropriate and we shall not make the payment (shall not return the price).

 

PURCHASE IN THE STORE

All DECATHLON brand products comes with 2 years guarantee from the date of purchase (your receipt establishes the date of purchase).


If beyond 30 days of use, we will firstly offer a repair solution. If we are unable to repair your item within a reasonable period, we will exchange the product. If no equivalent product is available, we will offer a full refund.
If a faulty product is returned within 30 days after purchase, with proof of purchase, you have the right to a full refund.
Use your DECATHLON membership card at the time of purchase and we will link electronic copies of your receipts to your personal account. You will not have to worry to keeping your receipts anymore!

GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS

  1. Damage resulting from use not conform with the manufacturer’s instructions, abnormal storage or working conditions, lack of proper maintenance, accident, negligence by you or by any third party.

  2. Damage that are the responsibility of a third party or resulting from an intentional or fraudulent fault.

  3. Damage resulting from fair wear and tear.

  4. Products that have been modified outside of the manufacturer’s instructions.

  5. Failure to install, operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions, specifications or conditions made available to the Customer by Decathlon or any alteration or repair by you or a third party who is not one of DECATHLON’s authorised repairers.

  6. Only original parts are covered by the DECATHLON guarantee.

  7. Damage resulting from fire, lightning, storms, vandalism, or non-secure transport.
     

If a product is returned to DECATHLON without a valid reason or due to a defect arising from any one of the circumstances described above, DECATHLON reserves the right to dismiss the Customer’s request and return the product to the Customer at the Customer’s cost and expense.
