Product feature
  1. A word from the product manager
By observing kids, we have found that they, like their parents, want to be able to put on and take off their own bindings. Two-buckle fasteners take longer to manipulate. The presence of a single binding, with an asymmetrical strap, is broadly sufficient even for kids with a good level of snowboarding combining speed, cut turns and jumps.
  2. Single-buckle opening mechanism
A single buckle to tighten the ankle but with an asymmetrical strap that still covers the toes, necessary for backside bends – that’s the principle of this binding. It's the easiest choice for kids!
  3. Possible settings
The original settings are suitable for most users. Nevertheless, you can adjust them: - the canting of the spoiler the pre-drilled front ratchets. You can move it forward (for sizes 3.5 to 5.5) or back (sizes 2 and 2.5). You have to unscrew the binding. - the volume of the strap with pre-drilled racks
  4. Stance, binding spacings
Adapt it to your body shape, but be aware that all snowboards have a recommended position for the bindings (recommended stance, shown by a mark between the inserts of the bindings). Increasing the stance forces you to be positioned low on your board and gain stability. It also helps with rotations in the air. On freestyle boards, the recommended stance is usually more important than on all-mountain boards.
  5. How to adjust the spacing of my feet on the board?
For on-piste/off-piste boards, if you want to position your feet closer together then it is best to move only the front binding further back, and if you want to move your feet further apart it is best to move only the rear binding further back. The aim is to be a little further back to turn cleanly on the slope and float a little more on powder. For freestyle boards (symmetrical), it is best to move the 2 bindings to remain centred on the board.
  6. At what angle should I position my snowboard bindings?
For a freeride programme, we recommend +18° at the front and 0° at the rear. For versatile on-piste and off-piste use, prefer +18° and -6°. Opening out the back foot enables you to keep the shoulders aligned with the board. In pure freestyle use, do not hesitate to choose completely symmetrical 15° and -15° angles, for example. The choice of binding angles is very personal, try them to make the best choice.
  7. Don't forget to centre the shoe on the snowboard!
Disc bindings with 4 screws can slide along a single axis and generally have 5 possible settings. This setting is used to centre the boot on the snowboard and prevent the foot from protruding over the edge of the board too much, otherwise you will fall! Your boot must therefore protrude by an equal amount on both sides of the board. You can also rotate the disc through 90° to put more or less stance than that provided by the inserts. In this case, the bindings cannot be centred laterally.
