Diameter: 20 cm - Length: 60 cm When positioned along your spine, this bolster offers excellent upper body support and lets you open out your chest, shoulders and hips (by placing bricks and covers at the desired height). These poses are comfortable and give you a real release for deep relaxation. Covers can be completely removed for washing, and the cotton stuffing can be removed to adapt to your weight.
