  • These shoes destroyed my feet

    fai (United Kingdom)
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I definitely do not recommend these shoes for a beginner. While they seemed comfortable enough while trying them on in the store, after climbing a couple of times I found out they were digging pretty hard into the back of my foot, right where the heel tendon is located. Gave me achilles tendonitis and bursitis that have been lasting for over a month.

While you may not experience this (maybe I just have sensitive feet), please be aware that this can happen to you. If it does, TAKE THEM OFF and give up climbing for a while or go to the doctor and find more comfortable shoes.

There's plenty of better and comfier climbing shoes out there, from more reputable companies. While they may be a bit pricier, I think that when it comes to your health and comfort, the price is well worth it.

Bought these after completing a top roping course. Quite comfortable (for a climbing shoe), supportive and grippy allowing me to gain traction on small features. Really pleased with these shoes at this low price point!

They're good shoes that fit well and they're reasonably priced, I'm generally pretty happy with them.
