When the detector is triggered by a bite, the two LEDs illuminate, then one of them flashes for 20 seconds. It also has a nightlight activated by a special button.

The wireless bivouac lamp is connected to the detectors and illuminates for 5, 10 or 20 seconds when a bite is detected. The lamp can be hung up via the metal hook or the four internal magnets and its metal disc.
