Why is this net one of the strongest in our range?
It is important to use strong materials when you build a hide with posts and a camouflage net, whether hide hunting for big game on drives or hunting for small game, or even when taking wildlife photographs. There is nothing worse than a net that tears after just a few hunting trips. Which is the reason why this model is woven with Ripstop yarn, which gives it a much higher resistance to incipient tearing (89 Newtons).
Incipient tearing: what is it?
This net has specific cut-outs that imitate leaves to look more realistic. These holes may form a weak point, if a branch becomes entangled in them. This is called incipient tearing. Depending on each use case, we measure the resistance of our fabric by testing its resistance to incipient tearing. This means that we measure the force required to tear the fabric. A force of 89 Newtons is required to tear this model.
A net that remains durable over time
A fabric that is made of three Ripstop yarns has three yarns that are twisted together, instead of the usual two. This significantly increases the mechanical strength of the fabric. This camouflage net is also protected against any potential deterioration caused by the sun's rays.
Holes cut in the net: what are they for?
This camouflage net features 3D cut-outs on its entire surface. These holes are neither too large (to stop the game from spotting you), nor too small (so that you can follow the movements of the game), which makes for a more natural-looking net, even in light winds. Lastly, these 3D cut-outs blend in with different environments more harmoniously.
An extra bonus of this roll of netting
Do you need a long piece of netting to camouflage your entire hide or shelter, the contours of your tree hide or the legs of your pylon? This is the reason why our roll is 50 metres long. You can install it in one piece, or cut the netting to the different required lengths.
