Use
This tarp can be used alone, in several possible configurations according to the weather conditions, whether or not you are having a fire, etc. Take care if you do light a fire, check first whether it is permitted, and do not light the fire too close to the tarp, flying sparks can burn holes in the canvas.
This tarp can also be used with the Solognac hammock to protect you from rain or morning dew. In this case, position the tarp in either a rectangle or rhombus above the hammock
Rigging and securing
The tarp has 21 webbing loops with reinforced stitching to rig up any shape you want. On the 2 sides facing each other, the loops are a quarter of the way along and in the middle of the side. On the other 2 remaining sides, the loops are a third of the way along and in the middle of the side.
To rig the tarp, you will need some cord, e.g. paracord. Make pegs from foraged wood or bring your own.
