WHY DID WE USE APPLE OR PEAR IN THE FRUIT JELLY?
It can be somewhat of a surprise in a strawberry fruit jelly. Actually, apple and pear are simply the core ingredients of our recipe. They are were chosen in our supplier's orchard in the south of France.
