60 to 90 g every hour is the quantity of carbohydrates recommended by sports nutritionists for high-intensity sport sessions. Our almond bars are consumed during effort, for a rapid energy boost. They are recommended for all endurance athletes.

Our almond bars are sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to a healthy energy metabolism and helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

A REDUCED LIST OF INGREDIENTS

We've revisited the recipe and reduced the ingredients list to keep only the essential.We thus created an almond bar whose composition is easy to understand: sugar, almonds, honey, powdered acerola juice, pectin, natural almond flavouring and sea salt. Of course, all ingredients are farmed naturally.

ALMOND BAR, DATE BAR OR FRUIT BAR, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

These 3 bars have a slightly different texture, taste and balance between carbs fat and protein. In fact, these bars contain a touch more carbohydrates and proteins than a date or fruit bar. Above all, it is a question of preference. And nothing stops you from combining them and alternating your taste preferences when on a long run.
Good to know: 100 g of almonds provides around 21 g of protein.

WHAT SHOULD I EAT AT SNACK TIME?

Our almond energy bars are not a snack. If you are feeling a little peckish, you should have a cereal bar, our little protein cubes, a piece of fruit, fromage blanc, seeds or dried fruit, etc.
