Rubber and EVA. Outer shell, part covering the front of the incisors and part under the molars in rubber for better impact resistance than EVA. Inner part in soft EVA for comfort. The part in contact with the lower molars is preformed. More ventilation space.
Which size?
"For Korok brand mouthguards, choose size S if you are between 110 and 140 cm, size M if you are between 140 and 170 cm, and size L if you are over 170 cm tall.
For Shock Doctor brand mouthguards, choose "kids" size if you are under age 10, and "adult" size if you are over age 11."
