How do you keep your hands warm by wearing the right clothing?

When the body is physically active, it generates heat which is preserved thanks to the thermal insulation provided by your clothing. If this is insufficient, your body will cool down and the blood flow to your hands and feet will drop in order to keep your core temperature warm. Clothing can therefore contribute to keeping your hands at the optimal temperature.

What does a windproof glove provide?

Did you know that the wind increases the perception of cold? When the outdoor temperature is 0°C and the wind speed is 20 km/h, the perceived temperature is -10°C. The windproof components help to reduce the cooling effect of the wind and the apparent wind generated by the sporting activity.
