How to choose your gloves

3-finger gloves provide greater warmth than 5-finger gloves (with the same features).
Synthetic fibre (wadding) thermal insulation is one of the best alternatives to down

Your gloves must have good breathability to stop air circulating inside the glove
3/ Grip and comfort
Grip is the ease with which an individual grasps the pole handle
