How to choose your gloves

1/ Heat
3-finger gloves (e.g. 500 glove) provide superior warmth 5-finger gloves, with identical characteristics.
Synthetic fibre (wadding) thermal insulation is one of the best alternatives to down

2/ Breathability
Your gloves must have good breathability to stop air circulating inside the glove

3/ Grip and comfort
Grip is the ease with which an individual grasps the pole handle
