You can move this lure in three ways:
- By casting/reeling in the lure to create a shape swimming motion. You can pause briefly at times to stop it in the water and potentially trigger attacks from predators,
By using “jerks”: relatively sharp tip movements to mimic a fleeing fish,
- By using "twitches" with the reel: use quick half-turns of the crank with short pauses.
