Tips on how to care for your sports clothing
"1. After your match, wash your dirty clothing items right away, or if you can't, let them air dry.
2. If you machine wash your clothing, choose a cycle that doesn't exceed 30°C and turn your items inside out to extend their life.
3. If you prefer to wash your clothing by hand, add half a cap of mild detergent to two litres of warm water (do not use fabric softener). Wash the items gently and line dry if possible.
