You should choose your usual shoe size (street shoes) when choosing your toe shoes (RG shoes).
The toe shoe's toe must perfectly fit your foot to ensure proper support.

How to care for your toe shoes

Our product manager's tip: Air out your toe shoes after each session.
Machine wash your toe shoes at 30°C, but do not tumble dry frequently to prevent shrinking and keep the elasticated straps in good condition.
