The essential oil of oranges has soothing properties and helps with sleep.
The essential oil of bergamot is relaxing and also helps with sleep, particularly with children (for children aged 6 years or more, see contra-indications).
The essential oil of ylang-ylang prevents fatigue. It can help to combat panic attacks.

HOW TO USE THE RELAXING OIL

The relaxing oil can be used at any time of the day. Several minutes are enough to find relaxation. To enjoy the benefits of the essential oils, apply to clean skin on any part of the body (except contra-indications), and massage to make the oil penetrate.
