Efficient elliptical motion of 10” and 5”
Unlike other steppers, the Cardio Hiit has a unique elliptical motion: 10" (25.4 cm) vertically and 5" (12.7 cm) horizontally. What's in it for you? This allows you to increase your speed and strength at the same time, to use more muscles and thus burn more calories.
The Cardio HIIT - the 2 in 1 Stepper / Cross trainer
This equipment is a hybrid: cross trainer / stepper.
It combines a 10" vertical step movement with the arms of a cross trainer and its 5" horizontal movement.This gives you the opportunity to simulate both a stair climb and a boxing move: Jab (multiple quick punches). So you activate almost your entire body: your calves, hamstrings, glutes, biceps, triceps, all of that in one movement with the Cardio HIIT.

What is it? HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a training method that involves alternating very short periods of intensive effort with recovery periods. In concrete terms, you'll incorporate high intensity actions where your heart rate will be brought to a high level, with recovery phases; you will burn more calories and strengthen your muscles.
