Tips on how to care for your sports clothing

1. After your match, wash your dirty garment straight away, if possible. If not, put it outside to dry.
2. If you choose a machine wash, it's best to choose a cycle that does not exceed 30° and to wash your garments inside out for more robustness.
3. If you prefer to wash your clothing by hand, add half a cap of mild detergent to two litres of warm water (do not use fabric softener). wash the items gently and line dry if possible.
