THE NEW TOUR FLIGHT DIMPLE PATTERN
The new Tour Flight Dimple Pattern adds a new aerodynamic dimension, while favouring long ranges and a sharper angle of descent for greater braking power, in particular with long irons.
5-LAYER BUILD
The key to reaching a higher speed, without having a negative effect on the spin performance, lies in TaylorMade's exclusive 5-layer build of the ball. The Tri-Fast core of the TP5 offers a maximum range, low windage and an ultra-supple and very strong Dual-Spin Cover with a moulded urethane cover to reach high performances from the tee to the green, without making any compromises.
THE SPEED-LAYER SYSTEM
The speed layer system consists of four increasingly rigid layers that add extra speed to the ball. As a result, the shot distance is longer, control in the wind is greater and there is more spin around the greens.
HIGH-FLEX MATERIAL (HFM)
The TP5 includes a new material, called HFM (High-Flex Material), that offers higher ball speed and a greater rebound effect. The HFM acts like a tight coil that quickly produces energy and rebounds to reach a higher ball speed.
