Why use a meditation bench
The meditation bench makes your meditation session more comfortable and prevents any joint pain your exercise may cause. With this bench, you can get into a pose that encourages blood circulation to the legs while avoiding too much pressure on the ankles and knees.
How to use the meditation bench
From a kneeling position, unfold the legs of the bench and put it underneath your legs. The seat is slightly inclined for greater comfort.
The bodyweight is fully supported by the bench instead of your knees or ankles, which can be painful.

Our bench is 45 cm long, 15 cm wide and 16 cm tall. It weighs 1.235 g.
